Yes ,we can ship internationally for a shipping fee depending on weight of the item!

4. How long does it take to process orders?

It takes 2-3 business days

5. How long will it take to receive order?

For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 5-7 business days.

6. Is shipping Free?

Yes For all U.S orders ONLY

7. How do I return my order? Can I exchange?

Returns are accepted for all items within 15 Days of purchase. You are responsible for return shipping cost.

Exchanges are offered within 15 days of package arrival! All items except for City Sass Lashes cannot be Returned or Exchanged due to Hygienic Concerns.

8. Do I get refunds?

No refunds, but Store credit is available.

9. What happen if item arrives damaged?

Please email City.Sass@outlook.com with a picture of damaged item and we will do our best to accommodate all needs

10. Are clothing items true to size?

Yes, all items are unisex sizes. Check each item description below and there you will be able to view all information regarding items. We have sizes ranged from Sassy Slim Small to Sassy Curvy 3X

11. Are Lashes Cruelty Free?

Yes all Mink Lashes are cruelty free and very comfortable for the eye! Our job is to make sure our products safe and durable for everyone.
